1. Who you are dealing with

Protein Warehouse Lebanon is operated by Protein Warehouse Lebanon. Contact: email info@proteinwarehouselb.com, phone +961 81 133 589, the contact form at https://proteinwarehouselb.com/contact. These terms apply to every order placed through the website or the mobile app. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been misused.
• You must give accurate contact and delivery details. We may cancel orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect details.

3. Products, prices and availability

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The Lebanese pound (LBP) amount shown next to a price is an indicative conversion at the rate displayed on the site; the order is recorded and settled in USD unless we agree otherwise at delivery.
• Prices include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order.
• Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; colours may differ slightly on screen. Where a supplier photo is used it shows the same model you receive.
• Discounts and promotions are valid for the period or quantity stated. If no period is stated, an offer is valid for one month from publication.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to cancel or amend the order and you will not be charged.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. Each order confirmation and invoice is your proof of purchase; keep it for returns.

5. Payment

• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in full when the order is handed over. Please have the exact amount ready.
• Bank transfer, where offered at checkout: the order is dispatched once the transfer is received.
• We do not collect card details on the website or in the app.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Lebanon to the address you give at checkout.
• The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate based on the selected delivery method. It is not a guaranteed date. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time after the estimate, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier hands them over. Please check the parcel on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
• If nobody is available at the address after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.

7. Cancellation, right of withdrawal and returns

• You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us.
• As a consumer buying at a distance you may withdraw from the purchase within 10 days of receiving the goods, as provided by Lebanese consumer-protection law, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund & Return Policy.
• The Refund & Return Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Warranty

We guarantee that products conform to their description and are free from defects on delivery, as required by Lebanese consumer-protection law. Any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page applies in addition. Defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

9. Reviews and content you post

• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We moderate reviews before they are published and may refuse or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not genuine.
• By posting a review you allow us to display it on the product page with the name you provided.
• We never write or pay for reviews and do not alter the wording or rating of reviews we publish.

10. Intellectual property

The Protein Warehouse Lebanon name, logo, website design and original texts are owned by Protein Warehouse Lebanon or used under licence. Product names, brand marks and supplier photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products offered.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Lebanese law or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, including Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005 and Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. Consumers may also file complaints with the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by the competent courts of Beirut, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rules that give you the right to sue where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the current version.
